Account closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 6six support. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
Currency: All transactions on the 6six platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees or exchange rate adjustments — the amount you deposit is exactly what appears in your account balance.

Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 6six reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings.
Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. 6six aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and any pending verification requirements.
Failed transactions: If a deposit fails to reach your account, or a withdrawal is returned, please contact 6six support with your transaction reference. 6six is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues or bank processing times.
Suspicious transactions: 6six monitors all transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering or misuse. If a transaction is flagged, it may be held pending investigation. Players found to be misusing the payment system will have their accounts suspended and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by 6six. The platform reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on certain markets, at certain odds or above certain stake thresholds. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number.
Cricket and PSL markets: Cricket betting at 6six covers Pakistan Super League, T20 Internationals, ODIs, Test matches and domestic tournaments. Market-specific rules apply for each event type. For PSL and T20 matches, all listed markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a match being abandoned or declared a no result, most markets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
In-play betting: Live in-play markets are offered on selected cricket, football and other sports events. In-play odds are updated continuously, and there may be brief suspensions in markets around key moments such as wickets, goals or reviews. Bets placed during a market suspension will be voided. 6six cannot be held responsible for delays in updating in-play information caused by broadcast or data feed latency.
Settlement: Bets are settled as soon as possible after the conclusion of the relevant event, based on the official result. If an event result is subsequently changed by the governing body — for example, due to a score correction or disqualification — 6six will re-settle affected bets accordingly.
Errors in odds: If a bet is accepted at odds that were clearly displayed in error — for example, due to a data feed malfunction or human error — 6six reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake. Players will be notified if this applies to any of their bets.
Casino games: The 6six casino includes live dealer games — Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and others — as well as a range of slot titles. All casino games are provided by third-party game suppliers and are subject to the Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules set by those suppliers. The RTP and specific game rules are available within each game.
Live casino: Live casino games are hosted by real dealers and streamed in real time. Connection quality may affect your experience, and 6six is not responsible for game interruptions caused by your internet connection. If a live casino game is interrupted mid-round due to a server or stream issue, the round will be settled based on the game state at the point of interruption, in line with the supplier's rules.
Bingo: Bingo games at 6six operate on fixed schedules and prize structures as displayed on the Bingo page. Cards must be purchased before the relevant game begins. Prizes are awarded based on the official game results as determined by the platform's certified random number generator.

Welcome bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a PKR 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means PKR 5,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bonus expiry: Bonuses and free bets that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically. Bonus restrictions: Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 6six account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login details with anyone else, and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device. 6six will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
Unauthorised access: If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact 6six support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure your account. 6six is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has shared their credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
Account freezes: 6six may freeze an account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity theft, or a breach of these Terms. During a freeze, deposits, withdrawals and betting activity will be suspended until the investigation is resolved. 6six will aim to resolve investigations promptly and will communicate outcomes to the affected player.
